New responsibilities

This week has been a good week. We got the chance to go to a new school and take over a class. The previous teacher left and went back home to Canada. When it was discovered that she left they asked us to cover. The school is a brand new school, this is the 1st year that it's been open. It's a school just for Kindergarten and the kids are cute as a button. Jami teaches them in the morning and the rest of the family goes in the afternoon a couple of days a week. It's an added responsibility but we welcome it. (I will try and get better pictures.)

We also met a gal at the post office the other day and we set up a time for us to meet and play some basketball with her son. We had a good time and played a little 3 on 3.

On a sad note.....one of our favorite places where we would get cookies and other snacks closed!... For good!

While the boys and I were exploring we ran into a restaurant that we had to take a picture of.

Not every day you see a Chinese restaurant in China...oh wait! We do see it EVERY Day!

As far as some other pictures here are some that we started collecting....if you are a dog lover you will love these. The Chinese with dogs love them and dress them up and take good care of them. AND the dogs are very obedient, it's very impressive.

With the colder weather it's time to bundle up...in  my favorite KITTEN outfit. Can't we all just get along?
