Fun times.....

Just a summer update.....

Ethan went to Cub Scout camp for a couple of days...

It was then Elijah's turn to go and we was gone for almost a week...

Elijah went with the Scout Master and his wife to pick up the other kids in different towns, but he had about the same amount of boys go with him.

The experience was good for them and they are excited to be in Scouts and able to go camping. Everest can't wait to be in Cub Scouts, he talks about it already. Mom still isn't sure about sending her boys off.......boy is she in for it when they hopefully choose to go on their missions.

The boys got back on Friday the 9th and the Ottumwa Ward (our old Ward) has a tradition of going to an Iowa Cubs game, that is the Chicago Cubs AAA team, during the week of 4th of July to have a Tailgating party and seeing the Fireworks show after the game. We live close enough and are good Friends with them all that they invited us. It's a good time. Of course here's Everest....he would have had more fun on the field....he kept asking when we could go play on it.
